[TRNSYS-users] TESS library mathermatical reference.

The TESS Library documentation is located in ..\Trnsys17\Tess 
Models\Documentation\. We released a TESS Libraries update that included 
a documentation update in September 2014 so if you have an older version 
of the TESS Libraries it may be advisable to contact your distributor 
about the update.
