Saba,
TRNFlow is an optional add-on to the TRNSYS package. It is only active
if you purchased the add-on.
There are some other (free) options for assessing airflow within the
building. Have a look at Type97 in the standard library or the updated
version of Type97, which is called Type98 and which is available from
http://www.bfrl.nist.gov/IAQanalysis/software/index.htm
