Bachchulal,
We have written a few models of inverter driven (variable speed
compressor) heat pumps. We are currently involved in a project to model
a few different variable compressor speed air-to-air heat pumps and some
years ago we wrote a model of an air-to-water heat pump. All of the
models rely on performance data that is usually available from
manufacturers. If you can be a little more specific about the system
that you are trying to model then I may have a component that could
serve your purpose.
regards,
  David
