[TRNSYS-users] simulating dry cooling tower with spray system

Good Morning,
How can i simulate a dry cooling tower with spray system that works under
these specific conditions :
If Dry bulb temp <= Tc ( constant temperature ) then dry cooling tower
Otherwise i go with dry cooling + spray system .
