[TRNSYS-users] want to design an array of hybrid pv panels or combination of hybrid pv panels and transparant pv panels

Benjamin,
   Type50 (Electrical: PV-Thermal Collectors: Flat Plate: ...) offers a 
hybrid collector model. There are also some PV/T collector models in the 
TESS Electrical library.
