Fabio,
There are two parts to getting a Type in an external DLL to load and
run properly. The first is that the dll must be located in the correct
spot, which you have done (thank you for taking the time to look through
the log and list files for related information and for putting
everything in your email). The second part is that the name of the
routines inside the dll must be correctly exported. This is something
that the author of the Type needs to do (in this case Transsolar). If
you recently updated from Trnsys17.1 to Trnsys17.2 then you simply need
to ask Transsolar for an updated version of Type399.
