[TRNSYS-users] SOLCEL Subroutine

Hello everyone,

I need to know more details about the parameters listed in the external file
for PV solar collector " SOLCEL".

The description in the programmer guide is not sufficient.

Can anyone help me in finding the source of this subroutine  written by
Prof. Evan?
