Safwan,
I'd recommend you read the 04-MathematicalReference.pdf entry
concerning Type108 if you are confused and have not already done so.
Type108 is a very simple on/off controller with hysteresis. A cooling
signal will turn on if the monitored temperature rises above the cooling
set point plus half the deadband temperature difference. The signal will
turn off if the monitored temperature falls to the cooling setpoint
minus half the deadband.
