[TRNSYS-users] Type 108, parameters range

Dear All,
I am quite confused about using Type 108 for control building, pumps, chiller and fan, I want to know what are the best values or ranges for monitoring temperature, 1st stage cooling set point and temperature dead band. I tried different values and I got different results. So could you advice me in this issue.
