Daniel,
Panel degradation is not built into any of the PV models. If you have
access to the TESS Utility library then you could use Type572 (equipment
fouling with scheduled cleanings) to degrade the performance of your PVs
over time. If you do not have access to that component then it would be
appropriate to write an equation that computes a multiplier whose value
decreases from 1 over time. The value would then be multiplied by the
output of the PVs over the course of the simulation.
