[TRNSYS-users] TRNBuild "UserID not correct!"

I am trying to access TRNBuild by using the Tools tab and a message appears
as "UserID not correct" when I click on TRNBuild within the this tab.

Is my user ID in the incorrect place or is there another reason for the
message?
