[TRNSYS-users] Type 49 in Basement

Sakami,
   Type49 cannot be used for basements. There are a number of basement 
models in the TESS Ground Coupling library. Type1267 
(http://trnsys.com/tess-libraries/individual-components.php) could also 
be used but may be more complex than you need.
