Sascha,
   I would recommend that you look at the Stand-Alone Power System.tpf 
example as a starting point. If I remember correctly, the input "fuel 
cell current" is a bit like a set point; it is the amount of current 
that is required to be provided by the fuel cell in order to meet the load.
