Dear Thibaut,

I would recommend you to take a look at

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pybps

there you can find a simulation manager that, among other things allows you
to launch parametric runs with .bui files and recall the results in a
format suited to load the data into R. You will need to transform the
sampling generated by R as input to pybps, but that's quite
straightforward. Hope it helps
