Sergio,
   Type15 reads data files that are in a very specific format. If the 
format of the file being provided does not match the format expected by 
Type15 then you can get this kind of error. For example, you will get 
this error if you tell Type15 that you are going to provide a TMY3 
weather file but then you provide a TMY2 file. If you are certain that 
you have provided the same format file that is being expected by Type15 
and are still getting the error then please send your project and the 
weather files to your distributor for assistance.
