Bertrand,
   I have worked on a few building projects that involved cold rooms 
like that. I would recommend that you contact your distributor. It would 
be helpful for them to know which component is running into the error. 
If it is not the building itself but a piece of HVAC equipment it may be 
necessary to use the absolute humidity ratio inputs instead of relative 
humidity because at such low temperatures all of the RH lines in the 
psych chart are collapsing into the saturation line.
