Igor,
   Yes, you care correct on both counts. You can also ask Type56 to give 
you QCOOL as an output if you want to know cooling loads. Keep in mind 
that the loads are sensible only and that no latent loads are calculated 
unless you have activated either humidification or dehumidication in a zone.
