[TRNSYS-users] Type 15-6 weather data reader

Dear all.

I find that in Type 15-6, there is a output "precipitable water".  Is it 
the rainfall level?  If so, what is the unit for this output?  When I 
try to use the standard .TM2 weather file for Hong Kong provided by 
TRNSYS, it gives a non-zero value all year around for that output which 
seems to be unreasonable.  Can anyone advise what does that output mean?
