Safwan,
I am not sure I understand your problem statement. Is your monitored
temperature always 26C, your cooling set point 20.5C and the deadband
0.5 and yet the controller is turning on and off? If that is the case
then you should send your project file (*.tpf) and any other files
needed to run the project to your distributor for debugging.
If the temperature you are monitoring is holding between 20C and 21C
then the controller appears to be functioning properly.
