Ehsan,
   TRNSYS 16 has not been supported since 2009. I am not sure it is 
possible to install it on Windows 8. If you wish to try, however, I 
would recommend that you install it in a folder at the root level and 
not in any kind of Program Files directory: for example: c:\Trnsys16\. I 
must stress that there is no guarantee that Trnsys16 will run under 
Windows8.
