Ali,
  The Type155.dll files for various versions of Matlab are located in 
the ..\Trnsys17\Exe\DLLs directory. If the DLL corresponding to your 
version of Matlab is not in that directory (as in your case) then it is 
simplest if you contact your distributor to ask if they can get you a 
copy of the DLL that you need. They will probably ask you to send the 
following four Matlab files to them: libeng.lib, libmat.lib, libmex.lib, 
and libmx.lib.
   As it happens, I have a DLL compiled for Matlab2014a and will send 
you the file in a second email.
