You're right Q_SENS is part of the energy balance of the zone. As the system boundary of the zone energy balance 
includes the inside surface nodes, all radiative heat fluxes are taken into consideration. 
See p.5-45 in the TRNSYS manual for further explanation.

I am not sure if I have completely understood this answer. 
Q_sens is not based on an energy balance performed on the zone air?... where is the radiative part there?.
