Hello jeff,
How can i correct it then assuming it is the weather data for larnaca that is bad.
Thank You
Ayoola

After running the simulation, i try to calculate the useful energy gain by the fluid in the collector monthly on excel but the graph am getting seems not to be logical. I repeat the same process but with a different weather data for 2 different cities, Istanbul and Konya and the result/plot was better compare to the one i got for Larnaca. Meanwhile, my case study is on Larnaca-Cyprus. Please i need to know why am getting a poor result for Larnaca.>

The collected energy for Larnaca comes up early in the year, stays relatively constant, then drops back down at the end of the year where the other two cities have more of a parabola shape. However, if you look at the shape of the incident radiation plot you'll see exactly the same behavior. Either the weather data is bad, or the city in question has that solar pattern - which isn't all that unusual.
