[TRNSYS-users] TYPE 99

Dear all
Greetings
I am a new user of TRNSYS 17 and we just purchased it. i want to know about
TYPE 99 weather files
when i open the weather file there is one command <samp>
*<samp>  0
*
*<samp> 1
*
*<samp> -1*
What is its meaning?
I will be thankful for the help
