Bertrand,
   There is a lumped capacitance model available in the TESS Loads and 
Structures library for that purpose (Type953). It makes the simplifying 
assumption that the mass (the  food that is being moved into the room in 
your case) can be characterized by a single temperature (in other words 
that there is no temperature gradient across the food)
