Jon,
  The error is telling you that you have two equations in your input 
file, both named the same thing. From the "reported information" the 
offending equation looks like it refers to the total solar radiation 
falling on orientation that is vertical and faces north east. These 
equations are used by Type56. If you are not able to find where the 
equation is defined multiple times, please send the *.tpf file to me, I 
can help you find it.
