If you are unable to save the file in TRNBuild it means that you have an
error somewhere in your building. When you try to save, there should be
a little message that pops up in the very lower left corner of the
TRNBuild window giving you a hint about it. You can also look at the
*.inf file, which is where some of the error messages are written.
