[TRNSYS-users] Run-time error 339

I m trying to run TNSYS 17 optimisation in 64 bit windows 8 operating system. When I double click on TRNOPT to link with genopt, I get run time error 339. Component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. Genopt, TRNSYS and Java are correctly installed. The TRNSYS simulation itself also works.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
