Yes it does!
I used Hybrid Generalized Pattern Search Algorithm with Particle Swarm
Optimization Algorithm (GPSPSOCCHJ), as I used both continuous and discrete
variables, to optimize building envelope for my PhD.
For the beginning, read GenOpt manual for more information.
