Santeri,
   This same issue frustrated me a long time ago as well. You have to 
set the weather data reader to use the isotropic sky model. Type30 (and 
Type34, incidentally) both make some isotropic sky assumptions 
internally so the radiation that comes in to them needs to make use of 
the same diffuse model.
