When no air (or very little) passes through the coil (type 52b), the outlet
air temp becomes that of the coil water. I have a problem that the type is
internally calling a routine for the wet-bulb calculation which is outside
of range (Temp more than 70 degC). This error is TERMINATING my simulation
although I only get it once. I also get a saturation warning everytime
condensation occurs on the coil when I use it as a cooling coil. I have
been advised to recompile this type with some adjustments, but I have no
resources to do so. Please advise.

TRNSYS Message 114 : The utility routine PSYCHROMETRICS, which
calculates the thermodynamic properties of moist air, has been called with
a wet bulb temperature above the maximum wet bulb temperature for the given
pressure. Please check the routine which calls the PSYCHROMETRICS routine
for possible sources of errors. Reported information : Error 114
