[TRNSYS-users] Bug in type 21 Time values?

Marcus,
   There were some inconsistencies (and some errors) in the the time 
values component. They were fixed for the 17.01 release in June 2012 I 
believe. I would recommend you contact your distributor and make sure 
that you are using the latest version. If the problem persists, please 
let us know.
