[TRNSYS-users] Variable volume tank

Dear users,

I am working on a system of hot water production based on a water tank that will be filled during the night and made empty during the day. I wanted to use the type 39 (variable volume tank) proposed in the TRNSYS library but it seems to have a weird behavior depending on the initial value that we give as a parameter. Either it is too small value and the water draw occurs at the wrong time, too early from the schedule, or it is "enough" big and it has a good reaction.

Have any of you already used this type and got this problem? Or I may have misunderstood something...
