Juan Francisco,
   I think you could use the TRNBuild "exterior shading factor" to model 
dirty windows. The user sets a value between 0 and 1 for a particular 
window and solar radiation is reduced accordingly. Beam and diffuse are 
both diminished by the same fraction.
