Jörn,
If parameter 16 is set to a positive value between 0 and 1, then it sets
tau-alpha for all angles of incidence. If parameter 16 is set to a
negative number, the incidence angle modifier routine inside Type94 will
be enabled and the absolute value of parameter 16 sets the magnitude of
tau-alpha at a normal angle of incidence (according to the "More" button
for parameter 16 of Type94).
