[TRNSYS-users] Problems with 3d wizard

Ricardo,
   There is a step in the middle I think. Once you have completed your 
project in Trnsys3D, you save the *.idf. Jeremiah is correct that this 
file uses the EnergyPlus file format so it has to be translated to the 
TRNSYS format. The next step is to open TRNBuild and import the *.idf, 
make any changes you want to the building materials, etc., then save the 
file in native TRNSYS format (*.bui). Only then can you go on to the 
TRNSYS studio and reference the *.bui file.
