[TRNSYS-users] question on TYPE 676 (Steam-Fired Double-Effect Absorption Chiller)

In an ASHRAE journal article I recently read, the author showed that  
chilled water outlet temp has almost no effect on chiller efficiency.  
If you what I can find the article and tell you in which issue it is.
