Matteo,
The INF file says that it is wall EW that is giving you the problem.
I don't see anything really obviously wrong about the wall definition.
The zero thickness layer in this case isn't a problem because that layer
material is defined as being resistive only (ie no capacitance). My
guess is that the 20cm of BLOCCHI_PIENI_20CM_CLS_800 is causing the
problem and that you have to increase the time base. The time base is
increased in the TRNBuild "outputs" window.
