[TRNSYS-users] Characteristics of 344b

Hello trnsys users.
 
I am trying to simulate an open pond that is shaded by a surface placed about 15cm above water surface. Another words, this is a ventilated pond. For this purpose I use the type 344b (open pool). 

I would like to ask whether the cover of the pool is considered to be right above water surface. Is the ambient air allowed to blow below the cover and above water surface?
