[TRNSYS-users] TSGRD in starnode mode

Dear Antoine,

the input variable TSGRD is always used independently from the radiation
mode.

The radiation mode defines the handling inside the zone.

Best,

Marion

Betreff: [TRNSYS-users] TSGRD in starnode mode

Best wishes to all Trnsys users

I'm starting the year with a little question about the use of Type 56
input variable TSGRD under the starnode (standard) radiation mode.

Is this temperature used (with Tsky) in the calculation of Tstar for
longwave radiation exchange with external surfaces?

Or is its use strictly restricted to detailed radiation mode? In this
case, what ground temperature is used for the calculation of Tstar for
longwave radiation exchange with external surfaces?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Best regards
