You can install TRNSYS on Ubuntu. You need to install previously Wine,
http://www.winehq.org/.

I have two systems on my PC:

  - windows 7
  - ubuntu 11.10

My Transys is installed on windows.

I would like to use it also with ubuntu - could you write me how to do
it?
