Dear Shohei,
   I was not able to duplicate the behavior that you report using the
latest version (17.01.0025). Here are the steps that I followed. Please
tell me what results you get when you follow them.

1. Open TRNBuild (v17)
2. File: Open ->
c:\Trnsys17\MyProjects\TechSupport\ShoheiHONTA\building.bui (the zones
should all appear in TRNBuild)
3. File: SaveAs -> building.b17 (saved in
c:\Trnsys17\MyProjects\TechSupport\ShoheiHONTA\)

browse to find the file and open it with a text editor to verify that
the file was saved properly.

As for the *.dck, you should normally also have a *.tpf (the Studio
project file). The *.dck is the the input file that is written by the
Studio. I would recommend opening the *.tpf in the Trnsys 17 Studio. You
can import a *.dck into the Studio if you need to but in your case there
are a few warnings and errors in the import log file that you would need
to fix manually. to import, follow the steps:

1. Open Studio (v17)
2. File: Import TRNSYS Input File -> browse to find the file.
3. correct any errors noted in the import log.

Kind regards
  David
