You can use energy plus weather converter to convert the .tm2 to csv format and then extract whatever you desire from the .csv file.

In case you want to simulate your own weather data, you can use a tmy2 converter utility such as the one in the link below:

from 9 AM to 5 PM daily for all the year round from

weather file of Particular city.
