Hi Kordou

I create my components as follows:

1. Create a Proforma in TRNSYS, by specifying the Type number you want
your component to have.

2. Usually compile the Fortran Code in Release mode (Depends on which
mode your TRNSYS.dll was compiled), and send to .\UserLib\ReleaseDLLs (or
Debug, depending on which mode you compiled the code)

3. Simply open your Proforma in TRNSYS studio, and when you run the
simulation, TRNSYS will automatically search this folder when you start your
simulation

You should create your Proforma. TRNSYS will not automatically create one
for you.

Hope this helps

Lesh

Hi

I'm trying to add a new type of my phd thesis on trnsys. I am using the
fortran cvf compiler and I have followed the programmers guide. After the
compiling I can see the debug and the release dll files on my trnsys
directory.

My question is how can I see my type on simulation studio, because I cannot
see any new type. Do I have to compile and the trnsys ?

Regards

Kordou
