Hi Nick,

I use this website:
http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/weatherdata_download.cfm

The weather data is in IWC format, but you can convert it to EPW via
the Energy Plus software suite.

Unfortunately, the data usually has lots of gaps.
