Mayank,
Type107 in the standard TRNSYS library is a generic absorption
chiller model. It takes a few external data files that contain "typical"
manufacturer's performance such as how the chiller's capacity and input
energy change with varying inlet conditions. In actual practice, I think
getting ahold of realistic data is very hard. Manufacturers either don't
have it or don't want to give it out. The data files that are provided
with Type107 are for a much larger machine than would be appropriate for
a residential scale. I would highly recommend finding a manufacturer who
has a piece of equipment in the size range that you are looking at so
that you can work with them using their data.
I am not sure how you are planning to model the refrigerator itself.
You might have some luck using one of the lumped thermal capacitance
models such as Type59. Alternatively, there is an actual refrigerator
model in the TESS Loads and Structures Library (v17).
Kind regards,
David
