Béatrice,
The error message is indicating that the energy balance across one of
the walls in your Type56 (I am guessing) building is not converging.
Specifically, the outside surface temperature of the wall is not coming
to a stable solution. If you are using an algorithm to set the
convection coefficient on the outside surface of your wall, make sure
that the algorithm cannot produce a result of 0; this would indicate
that there is NO convective heat transfer on the outside surface of the
wall and that only the radiation matters, which is unrealistic. The
second thing to try is that if you have variable convective coefficients
on either the inside or the outside surface of that wall, turn them off
and use constant values.
