Mayank,
  Without seeing your project, it is very difficult to tell what might 
be going wrong. Some possible causes are a controls problem (pumps and 
chillers not turning off when they should) or a thermal capacitance 
problem. I would recommend that you send your *.tpf (and any other files 
needed to run the system) to your distributor for assistance.
