[TRNSYS-users] Assign Statement

Dear Trnsys
 
I am trying to ASSIGN a text file in an old input file (version 15) but it has trouble opening up the .txt file it seems, according to the list file. What are the possible reasons for this? Previously I have used version 15 TRNSYS and opened up a notepad file (unicode) in Windows 7 version for example so not sure why it won't work now.
 
Having double quote marks seem to cause issues (regardless of having no spacing in the path names).
