[TRNSYS-users] About window software

Dear TRNSYS users,
 I don't know if you are also Window (the LBNL soft, not the Microsoft one) users, but maybe someone has the answer to my question (I don't know where to ask, I tried here WINDOWHelp at lbl.gov with no success).

 When we type the transmission value for a 0° incidence angle, the T-values for orther incidences are calculated by Window. I would just like to know what is this law... (to compare with another law which is seemingly different).
